- He serves as the director of Yadav Foods Ltd. and Rajasthan Flexible Packaging Limited.
- Rajendra Singh Yadav’s father, Ramjilal Yadav, established Shri Gaurisahay Ramjilal Yadav Government Primary School, the first school in village Thatwari in 1955.
- The school was upgraded from primary to higher secondary school in 2006.
- In 2008, he lost the MLA election by a close margin of 893 votes.
