In the FIR Preeti Kishan accused Aparna Soni aka Aparna Thakur of demanding Rs. 20 crore by threatening to accuse Ravi Kishan of rape falsely. Shinnova's Rights According to Thakur's legal team, in 2024, the FIR was an attempt to silence her and her family from claiming Shinnova's rights as Ravi Kishan's biological daughter. They said that Thakur had initiated legal proceedings in the City Civil Court at Dindoshi, Mumbai and wanted Shinnova's rights.
