- Rasikh played his first cricket match in Budgam when he was 8.
- Rasikh in his initial days was coached by his cousin brothers Nadeem Dar and Mubeen Koul.
- Rasikh was 17 years old when he was first spotted during a talent hunt drive in Kashmir by Irfan Pathan and Milap Mewada, who was the coach of Jammu and Kashmir during that time.
- On 3 October 2018, Rasikh debuted in the List A cricket for Jammu and Kashmir in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy against Rajasthan.
