  • After pursuing his college, he began doing professional theatre in Dharwad, Karnataka. Later, he moved to Bangalore to pursue a career in acting.
  • His debut film, Chitte (2001), was a big flop at the box office. However, later, he went on to appear in many successful films like Thuntata (2002), Jyeshta (2003), Neenello Nanalle (2006), Nali Naliyutha (2007), Rajasimha (2018), and Chef Chidambara (2024).
  • In 2003, he appeared for the first time with his father-in-law in the film Jyeshta (2003).
  • Besides being an actor, he is also an interior designer. Aniruddha, along with his wife, owns an interior design firm.
  • In 2016, Aniruddha Jatkar conceptualized and wrote the comic series Sahasa Simha, based on the life of his father-in-law, Vishnuvardhan. He has released 3 books of the comic series in collaboration with Amar Chitra Katha.
  • In 2018, Aniruddha attended several professional courses to enhance his filmmaking skills.
