- In the WPL auctions held in December 2024, Joshitha was bought by the Royal Challengers Bengaluru team for Rs. 10 lakhs to play in the WPL 2025.
- Joshitha was part of the Indian women’s cricket team squad, which won the Under-19 Women’s T20 World Cup in 2025 in Malaysia. She was a key player, taking six wickets in total, including a match-winning performance of 2 wickets for 5 runs against the West Indies in the opening match.
