- Ananya Raj is a girl from Uttar Pradesh, North India.
- When she was two years old, her parents shifted to Mumbai where she grew up.
- She was fascinated from an early age with dance and performing arts, and participated in school and college plays.
- She did her studies from Mumbai University. She studied after that went to an acting school and started her Bollywood acting career.
- The early days in the business were not comfortable. She had to deal with as many rejections as she could and was almost tempted to quit acting one day.
- She kept going and her initial film arrived in 2016 titled the movie 7 Hours to Go.
- She was even cast as a lead in a mythological Telugu movie in 2016 itself which was not completed because of some copyright issue.
