  • In 2013, he debuted as an actor in a play in which he had a small role.

  • In an interview, he said that his father wanted him to pass the Central Superior Service (CSS) exam, instead of becoming an actor. He further added that didn’t get any help from his parents, who were well-established actors, while he was trying to establish himself in the Pakistani entertainment industry. While talking about it in the interview, he said,

    For me, it was a curse since my father had categorically told me not to expect any kind of support from him and he stayed true to his word…No recommendations; no marketing gimmicks.”
