Controversies	Issue of football trafficking On 9 February 2021, Amad was found guilty of breaching the Italian Sports Justice Code in order to join the football club "ASD Boca Barco" in 2015 under the name "Diallo Amad Traorè". He was accused of using forged documents and fake parents to evade the rules on entry into Italy and registration through the case of family reunification. • Amad was born in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, but arrived in Italy when he was 8 years old.

• Amad began his youth career at Boca Barco’s youth team in September 2014. He was officially registered with the club on January 14, 2015.

• Amad signed for the club Atalanta in 2015. He helped Atalanta win the Campionato Primavera 1 title for two consecutive seasons, 2018-19 and 2019-20.

• On 27 October 2019, Amad made his Serie A debut against Udinese. He came as a substitute in the 79th minute and four minutes later scored his first goal for the club in a 7–1 home win.
