  • He started playing cricket when he was a child with his friends in Delhi. He later trained at Nishchay Cricket Academy in Gurugram.

  • When his younger brother, Krishang, was a child, he was diagnosed with Blood Cancer. Angkrish accompanied his brother and parents and spent many days in hospital as treatment went on for five years. The hardships at that time made him mentally tough.
  • Later, his uncle Sahil Kukreja, former Mumbai cricketer, suggested him to receive cricket training under Abhishek Nayar after which he moved to Mumbai at the age of eleven. Nayar also helped Raghuvanshi to get a flat in his building.

  • He played in the 2018 Harris Shield Tournament for Swami Vivekanand International School, Borivali. He also helped Mumbai Under-16 to win the 2019 Vijay Merchant Trophy.
