On 17 February 2022, he made his Ranji (first-class) debut for Bengal against Baroda and helped Bengal chase a target of 350 runs by scoring his first fifty with 53 runs in the second innings.

He scored 20 runs off 14 deliveries at a strike rate of 142.85 during his T20 debut on 14 October 2022 for Bengal against Odisha in the 2022 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT).
