  • While Arunabh was a student at IIT Kharagpur, he initially wanted to be an economist followed by his aspiration to be an MBA from IIMs and then to be a programmer and then was inclined to crack UPSC.
  • Soon as he completed his engineering, Arunabh moved to Mumbai and worked in a US Airforce project.
  • With the short films that he did, he attracted quite a number of viewers. Looking at the responses, he wanted to be an assistant director. The dream did not take much longer as the stars fell his way and he got a chance to be one in the Farah Khan’s blockbuster Om Shanti Om (2007) starring Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Kirron Kher & Shreyas Talpade.
