Some Lesser Known Facts About Bodhisattva Sharma
- Bodhisattva Sharma moved to New Delhi from Guwahati, Assam, along with his family, when he turned 5.
- When Bodhisattva Sharma was 10 years old and in fourth grade, he discovered his interest in acting. While attending his brother’s play practice, he was selected for a role in an Assamese theatre play.
- According to him, this experience sparked his passion for acting, leading him to join the Delhi-based theatre group called Little Theatre Group.
- Bodhisattva acted in numerous productions for the Little Theatre Group and received several travel fellowships to perform in different states across India.
- While performing with his theatre group, Bodhisattva Sharma was chosen to play the character Siddharth Chaudhary in the web series Paatal Lok (2020). This marked his debut on OTT platforms.
- In 2021, he acted in the web series Candy (2021) on Voot Select, playing the character Imran Ahmed. He also appeared in Rana Naidu (2023) as Rehaan.

- In 2023, while getting ready for his part in the Bollywood movie All India Rank (2024), Bodhisattva took crash courses in eleventh and twelfth-grade maths and science. He was tutored by Vaibhav Varun.
- In an interview, Bodhisattva mentioned that he was a huge fan of Varun Grover and greatly admired his work. He always dreamed of collaborating with him. He said,
My mom introduced me to Varun Sir’s stand-up comedy. She is a massive fan, she made me watch Masaan, which Varun Sir wrote. I fell in love with that film. I had watched the show Sacred Games but didn’t know that Varun Sir had co-written it. When I learnt that he also wrote songs for films like Gangs of Wasseypur and Udta Punjab, I was even more impressed.”
