In January 2007, she joined Mission House as a volunteer to support efforts to reduce poverty. She helped with basic administrative tasks and assisted in the clinic and kitchen, providing essential services to those in need.

Caroline worked as a scheduler and travel coordinator for Rick Scott’s 2010 gubernatorial campaign, where she managed the schedules of the Governor-elect, Lieutenant Governor-elect, and First Lady, as well as coordinated travel and accommodations for the campaign team. She started in April 2010 and worked till December 2010.
