Chaaver is an Indian Malayalam-language political-action-thriller film directed by Tinu Pappachan. The story revolves around the political goons who kill a youngster on their leader’s orders. One of them requests a medical student, the son of a late veteran communist party leader, to provide first-aid as another was injured during a fight with the youngster. Consequently, the medical student also becomes a prime suspect in the police investigation. It is revealed that their leader had the youngster killed as he was in a relationship with his daughter. On realizing this, they understand that they were used as pawns in politics. How they escape from the police and tackle the situation forms the rest of the story.
