Controversies	• Alleged sexual assault On 21 March 2025, a woman who goes by the name @joozyb on TikTok alleged that Joe had sexually assaulted her in 2023 when she was 19 years old. She further shared messages sent to her by Joe. On 22 March 2025, another woman came forward claiming sexual assault by Joe. Joe Gatto denied the allegations and claimed that although he had used poor judgement in the past, he hasn't assaulted anyone. He said, "I have used poor judgment and as a result have violated the trust of the people I love most. But anyone who knows me at all knows full well that I wouldn’t assault anyone."
