- Prashant Kumar Mishra is an Indian judge. He served as the 3rd Chief Justice of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh from 13 October 2021 to May 2023. On 16 May 2023, his name was recommended by the Supreme Court collegium headed by CJI Dr D.Y. Chandrachud and consisting of Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, K. M. - He grew up in a middle-class family in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.
- He enrolled as an advocate on 4 September 1987 and began practising law at the District Court in Raigarh, the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur, and the High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur.
- He has represented his clients in cases of diverse branches of law including civil, criminal, and writ.
