- K Prapanjan is an Indian professional Kabaddi player, who is known for playing in the raider position in the Pro Kabaddi League.
- While studying in school, Prapanjan played volleyball for a short period of time; however, after college, he transferred from playing volleyball to his true passion, kabaddi.
- Inspired by his father, who played kabaddi at the district level, Prapanjan, along with his siblings, began to play the sport. In particular, Prapanjan focused on being a raider, following the footsteps of his father.
- After moving to Chennai to join the Sports Authority of India (SAI), he excelled in kabaddi and secured a place in teams competing at the national level.
- Joining the national camp, he had the privilege of training with notable players like Anup Kumar and Ajay Thakur. Eager to improve, the Prapanjan closely observed and learned from other players, aiming to master their tactics. During his time at the camp, he received coaching from Kasinathan Baskaran.
- After making his Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) debut with U Mumba in season 2 of the tournament in 2015, he was retained by U Mumba for PKL season 3 in 2016.
- In 2017, the Telugu Titans acquired Prapanjan for Rs 5 lakhs in Pro Kabaddi League Season 4.
