Manasi is the daughter of famous Gujarati theatre actor, director & producer Arvind Joshi.

At the age of 16, she started working as a theatre artist and did many plays like ‘Eni Sugandhno Dariyo’, ‘Tamari Neha’, ‘I ought to be in pictures’, etc.

She featured in numerous commercial advertisements for popular brands like Hair & Care, Close-Up, Ponds, Milkmaid, Surf, Kellogs, etc.

She was the first Indian host on Star Movies who hosted the show ‘Bol Bollywood!’

She also hosted some other shows like ‘Entertainment Now’, and ‘Tara Rum Pum Pum.’

She got her first break as an actress with the TV serial ‘Gaatha’ that aired on Star Plus.

She also acted in some short films like ‘Ek Din Achanak’, ‘Cute Meets Love’, and ‘Love Story.’
