- While studying in high school, Myles Mantzaris took part in Varsity Track and Field, Volleyball and Fencing, and remained a member of the show choir called Vibe. He graduated with honors.
- In July 2015, Mantzaris worked as a production assistant on the set of Tell Me How I Die in Los Angeles.
- The following month, he worked as a production assistant on the feature film Viral in Brooklyn, New York.
- Mantzaris joined Ithaca College in 2016.
- Along with his studies, he worked as a Technical Operator at the Park Portable Equipment Center and Services from January 2017 to March 2020, helping students and faculty with equipment checkouts, training, testing and maintenance.
