Radhika owns a production company, Rao & Sapru with her business partner Vinay Sapru.

Radhika and Vinay Sapru have co-directed a few Hindi films such as I Love NY (2015), Sanam Teri Kasam (2016), and Yaariyan (2023).

She has directed many popular songs in many hit films, like Tere Mast Mast Do Nain in Dabangg (2010), Rang Jo Lagyo Tere in Ramaiya Vastavaiya (2012), and Naina Maar Hi Daalenge in Jai Ho (2014).

She has co-directed about more than 100 music videos for many famous singers like, Falguni Pathak, Arijit Singh, Jubin Nautiyal, Neha Kakkar, and Asha Bhosle.

Radhika and Vinay launched Dhvani Bhanushali in one of their music videos Vaaste (2020). The song became a massive hit. Later, they collaborated for the song Leja Re (2019) which also turned out to be a massive hit.
