• While growing up, Rowllin’s interest in football developed due to his father, who used to take him to watch football matches at the Fatorda stadium.

• Rowllin started playing football at 13 and played his first professional football match for his school team.

• While growing up, Rowllin’s childhood hero was Climax Lawrence, a former Indian footballer from Goa. Rowllin wanted to become a player like him in the childhood.

• Rowlin remained unsold in the auctions for the Indian Super League in 2015, which were also the first auctions after the league started in 2014.

• Rowllin made his debut for the Indian national football team on 31 August 2015 against Nepal, which ended in a 0-0 draw. He came as a substitute for Eugeneson Lyngdoh.
