- Rutuja Sampatrao Bhosale is an Indian tennis player who represented India at the 2022 Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China along with Rohan Bopanna where the duo secured a gold medal.
- At nine years old, Rutuja began playing tennis. At the age of twelve, she won a tournament in Chennai, post which she decided to pursue playing tennis professionally.
- Rutuja has participated in five ITF Circuit singles finals and has won each of the five championships.
- She reached the highest junior world rank of 55 in her career in 2012.
- She made her ITF Circuit tournament debut in the doubles division alongside Rishika Sunkara in December 2012, but they were defeated in the finals by Arantxa Andrady and Kyra Shroff. She later participated in a number of ITF competitions.
- In September 2018, she partnered with Japanese player Hiroko Kuwata and won the Darwin Tennis International tournament.
- She faced opponents from China, Uzbekistan, Taiwan, South Korea, and Indonesia in the Asia/Oceania Zone Group I – Pool A of the Billie Jean King Cup, formerly known as the Fed Cup, which was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in March 2020. - She made her debut in the Asian Games alongside Pranjala Yadlapalli in the women’s doubles category at the 2018 Asian Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia, but the team was unable to advance past the quarterfinals.
- In September 2023, Rutuja Bhosale competed for India in the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China. She competed in the mixed doubles category with Rohan Bopanna, and in the finals, she defeated the Chinese team of Liang En-shuo and Huang Tsung-hao to win a gold medal. In an interview, while talking about how she felt after winning at the 2022 Asian Games, she said,
