On 2 March 2018, after celebrating Holi with his family, at around 6:30 pm, he committed suicide by jumping off the 16th floor of a building in Malad West’s Silicon Park. Initially, it was considered that he might have lost his balance due to cardiac arrest, but after the primitive investigation, it was revealed that he committed suicide.
