  • After receiving huge accolades from the audience for his performance as Ramakrishna in the show ‘Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni,’ the actor visited Dakshineswar Kali Temple on the 186th birth anniversary of Ramakrishna Paramahansa to seek blessings. In an interview, he talked about this and said,

    I got a lot of appreciation for playing Sri Ramakrishna. He deserves thanks for that. That’s what I went to tell.”

  • The actor revealed in an interview that playing the role of Ramakrishna Paramahansa for consecutive three years has changed his body language, which according to him, has to be changed to play different characters in future. The actor said,

    Speaking in one way for so many years has also changed my normal speaking habits. The walk has changed. It should all be done again.”

  • In an interview, he revealed that while he was playing the role of Ramakrishna in the show ‘Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni,’ many people started believing that he might have possessed some of the Saint’s energies after playing his role for so long. Sharing an incident in the interview, he said that all of his crew members touched his feet on the last day of shooting for the show to pay respect to Ramakrishna.
