  • Subhash Banuda is an Indian gangster. His father, Balbir Banuda, and gangster Anand Pal Singh were good friends. Subhash was allegedly involved in the murder of the popular Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala in the Mansa district of Punjab on 29 May 2022.
  • Subhash Banuda grew up in Sikar, Rajasthan. Since childhood, he was interested in Boxing. Reportedly, he took training in Boxing in Hisar, Haryana and participated in many Boxing competitions, and became state champion in the game. According to sources, he secured 70% marks in high school.

  • On 23 July 2014, his father, Balbir Banuda, and gangster Anand Pal Singh were attacked at Bikaner Central Jail during which his father died. The demise of his father devastated Subhash, and he decided to wreak vengeance on his father’s killers, and this led him to join the Anand Pal gang.

  • Subhash Banuda was only 15 years old when he ventured into the world of crime. On 13 March 2015, the police registered a case under the Arms Act against Subhash Banuda after he escaped a police raid at his farmhouse, where he was staying with his father’s friends.

  • To take revenge for the murder of Subhash Banuda’s father, Anand Pal Singh escaped from the jail and killed two members of the Raju Thehat gang. On 24 June 2017, Anand Pal Singh was killed in a police encounter. Following the death of Anand Pal, Subhash Banuda started working for gangster Subhash Baral.

  • Following Anand Pal’s death, his gang joined hands with Lawrence Bishnoi. On 23 August 2017, Sardar Rao, the Sarpanch of Sikar, was killed by the Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang on the orders of Subhash Baral.
  • After many failed attempts of the police to capture Subhash Banuda, one day, he surrendered in front of IG Dinesh MN.
  • During his surrender, Subhash Banuda said that he never wanted to become a criminal, and he promised that he would try to become a person like IPS Dinesh MN who promised him to help Subhash in his boxing training and further studies.
  • The popular Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was gunned down by some unknown assailants in Punjab’s Mansa district on 29 May 2022. Following his murder, Goldy Brar, a Canada-based gangster, took to his Facebook account to claim the murder of Moosewala. In his Facebook post, he admitted to killing Moosewala along with his group members Lawrence Bishnoi and Sachin Bishnoi. Thereafter, Lawrence confirmed the same through a post on his Facebook account in which he claimed to kill Moosewala with the help of his group members Sachin Bishnoi and Goldy Brar.
  • Reportedly, the arms used in Sidhu Moose Wala’s murder were sourced from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Bolero car used in the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala also, reportedly, belongs to Rajasthan.
