- Vyshak is an avid dog lover and has a pet dog.
- Vyshak’s cricketing journey began at the age of nine. His father left his job in a private company to focus completely on Vyshak’s cricketing career. His father in an interview said,
My wife Brinda, who was working in a private firm as HR at that point, took over the family responsibilities. She sacrificed a lot for us. She would go on and become the director of the company as well. I would go to school, college, every practice match, travel for the U-13, U16 tournaments to watch him play,”
- Vyshak started playing cricket as a batsman but at the age of 17, he switched to bowling on the advice of his coach Ramana at the Basavanagudi Cricket Academy, who convinced him to become a bowler due to high competition.
- Vyshak suffered from thyroid due to which he was overweight in his early days. His weight in April 2019 was 104 kilos which he brought down to 78 kilos in December 2020.
- Vyshak made his List A debut on 24 February 2021, for Karnataka in the 2020–21 Vijay Hazare Trophy.
- On 5 November 2021, Vyshak made his Twenty20 debut for Karnataka in the 2021–22 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
- Vyshak made his first-class debut on 17 February 2022, for Karnataka in the 2021–22 Ranji Trophy.
- Vyshak was the second leading wicket-taker for Karnataka in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (15 wickets) in the 2022-23 season. In the same season, he was also the team’s joint-highest wicket-taker in the Ranji Trophy tournament taking 31 wickets in eight games.
- Vyshak went unsold in the 2023 IPl auction after which Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) signed him as a net bowler. He was promoted to the senior team in April 2023 as an injury replacement for Rajat Patidar for the 2023 Indian Premier League season.
