- Humaira Kazi is an Indian cricketer who has played for the Mumbai team, Mumbai Thunders team in the President’s Women T20 Cup. She was acquired by the Mumbai Indians team for the inaugural season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) in March 2023.
- She studied at Mumbai University and played many matches for them. She was a member of the team which won the West Zone inter-university women’s cricket tournament organized by the University of Mumbai and Rizvi college under the MCA.
- She got seriously injured during the final match of the All-India Inter-University Tournament in 2015. She was batting without a helmet against Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (GNDU), and while taking a run, she got hit on the head by a ball thrown by a fielder. At first, she became totally unresponsive and woke up after a few minutes. She was rushed to a hospital for a further checkup, where a C T Scan showed a minor fracture in her skull. She spoke to a reporter and said that the injury was not serious, and she was advised to rest by the doctor. She said,
There is some swelling and a little bit of pain but the doctor who attended to me, said my injury is not serious but advised me to take a couple of days’ rest. I will have to go for a check-up, but it is not that serious.” [2]Mid-Day

- In the 2020-21 MCA’S Women One Day Tournament, she played for the Mumbai A team.
- In the 2020-21 Senior Women’s One Day Tournament, she represented Mumbai and scored a century in a match against Chandigarh.
- In the inaugural President’s Cup T20 women’s league, she was appointed as the captain of the Mumbai Thunders team. She helped them clinch the trophy with her good performance in the final match. She took 4 wickets for 33 runs and contributed 29 runs in the successful run chase.
- In the auction of the 2023 inaugural Women Premier League, she was auctioned off to Mumbai Indians for her base price of Rs10 lakhs.
