Controversies	Starting Communal Tensions In November 2022, Bittu Bajrangi and his associates were reported to have incited communal unrest by visiting Hazrat Deen Shah Baba Mazar at Neelam Bata Road, Faridabad following which an FIR was registered against them. In a video before the Brij Mandal Jalabhishek Yatra, he allegedly issued threats to Muslim extremists. On 31 July 2023, during the outbreak of violence at the Yatra, Bittu Bajrangi was reportedly present. Accusations were leveled against him for seizing weapons from law enforcement during the clash, leading to his arrest on 15 August 2023. Prior to this, he had been detained by Faridabad Police on August 4, but he was released on bail the same day. The case was registered at Nuh Sadar Police Station, involving various sections of the Indian Penal Code and provisions of the Arms Act, including 148 (riots), 149 (unlawful assembly), 332 (causing hurt), 353, 186 (obstructing a public servant from discharging duty), 395, 397 (armed robbery), and 506 (criminal intimidation). Subsequent to his arrest, there were calls for the Haryana Police to also apprehend Monu Manesar.
