Controversies	• During a singing reality show, he stopped a participant from singing Yo Yo Honey Singh's song as he doesn't found his songs good enough to sing. • Being a loyal AAP Party supporter he abused few opposite party politicians at a party roadshow and Delhi concert. • In 2016, he tweeted a photograph of the Jain spiritual leader, Tarun Sagar, saying he was making a "monkery of democracy", after Sagar addressed the Haryana Assembly in the nude on 26 August 2016. Though he later apologized for his offending tweet. • In June 2024, he came in CISF constable Kulwinder Kaur’s support and offered her an acting job. He shared a video in his Instagram story and wrote in the caption, "I do not ever support violence, but I absolutely understand the need of this @official_cisf personnel’s anger.
