Controversy	Sexual Harassment Case: On 8 January 2025, Boby Chemmanur was arrested by a Special Investigation Team (SIT) from Wayanad, Kerala, following a complaint by actress Honey Rose. She accused him of making inappropriate remarks against her both online and in person during an event she attended. Rose filed the complaint on 7 January 2025, supported by digital evidence. Boby was charged under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for sexual harassment and the IT Act for publishing obscene material on social media.
