- Aidan Zingg grew up in Hemet, California.
- He developed a love for motocross racing from a very young age.
- Aidan began racing when he was about 7 years old. His father had a big impact on his growth, especially by helping him choose the right lines on the track.
- In 2019, Zingg qualified for the AMA Amateur Motocross National Championship at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch in Tennessee, and he continued to qualify for the event every year for the next six years.
- At 14, Aidan made history by winning his first AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship in the 85cc class at Mammoth Mountain in 2023.
- He participated in many other competitions, including the 2023 Youth Moto Mania.
- Aidan went on to win various championships.
- In 2024, Aidan competed at the Loretta Lynn MX regional. He finished 3rd overall in Supermini 1, 1st in Supermini 2, and 2nd overall in Schoolboy 1.
- That same year, Zingg won the Supermini 2 (13–16) title and earned a second-place finish in the Supermini 1 (12–15) class at the AMA Amateur Motocross National Championship.
- Aidan’s favourite tracks were rough and rutty ones. He especially liked riding at Loretta Lynn’s and found Ponca fun and challenging. His all-time favourite track was Mammoth Mountain.
- In 2025, Aidan joined Kawasaki’s elite Team Green program while preparing to compete in the 250cc class.
- On 28 June 2025, while racing at the Mammoth Motocross event in California, Aidan fell in a corner and was hit by several bikes. He stayed unconscious on the track for two laps until the race was stopped.
- Despite all emergency efforts, Aidan could not survive his injuries and passed away.
