  • Argal was a member of the Indian U-19 cricket team that won the 2008 U-19 Cricket World Cup tournament under the captaincy of Virat Kohli. In the final match against South Africa, played in Malaysia, he was the man of the match,where he took 2 wickets for 7 runs in his 5 overs.

  • In 2008, he was picked by the Kings XI Punjab for the Indian Premier League Season 1; however, he didn’t play any match.
  • Despite being picked by Kings XI Punjab, he didn’t make his entry to senior national cricket team and played domestically from Vadodara. However, even at domestic cricket, Argal too didn’t had a great run.
