In 2017, the All India Yadava Mahasabha filed a complaint against Chaganti Koteswara Rao for making an inappropriate statement on Lord Krishna during a TV show on ETV. He stated during the show that Lord Krishna was born in a Yadav family and was not as rich as Lord Ram who was an emperor.
