• Mahieka Sharma attended the Navy Children School (NCS), Visakhapatnam, where she completed her high school education in Science and Economics. She got a 10 CGPA in Grade 10 and scored 94% in Grade 12.

• Mahieka participated in various activities across Navy Schools in Visakhapatnam, Goa, and Port Blair during her school years. She held student council leader positions in both Visakhapatnam and Port Blair.

• She was awarded the title of Best Speaker at NCS Visakhapatnam, and in 2018, she was crowned Ms. NCS.

• During school years, Mahieka actively competed in sports such as basketball, swimming, badminton, volleyball, and table tennis. She also participated in public speaking competitions, including elocution, extempore, and debating.

• After completing 10th grade, Mahieka informed her parents that she wanted to pursue a career in modelling and acting. They, however, wanted her to pursue a career in science or management.

• Mahieka volunteered as a teacher at Umang Foundation from August 2018 to January 2020. She taught Math, General Knowledge, drama, and public speaking to underprivileged students (grades 1-8) at Government Primary School, Valad.

• Mahieka worked as a consulting and research intern at The Rasich Group, Delhi, from July to August 2020. She conducted market research, analysed competitors, and helped formulate strategies for an E-learning product to create a unique market niche.

• Mahieka worked as a Management Trainee – Consulting at Benchmark Six Sigma in New Delhi from August 2020 to February 2021 under CEO Vishwadeep Khatri. She became the youngest Green Belt certified trainee, ranking 1st in her batch with 95%.
