• Omkar Salvi is an Indian cricketer who represented Railways in the domestic circuit. He has worked as a coach for many teams including Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Mumbai senior team.

• He was interested in playing cricket since childhood especially fast bowling.

• He played many matches for different teams of Railways; however, he has never played for Mumbai senior team or the Indian national team.

• In 2016, he worked as the bowling coach of the Mumbai senior team where he trained many players including Shardul Thakur and Abhishek Nayar.
