Controversy	On 26 October 2021 advocate Sudha Dwivedi submitted a written complaint at MRA Marg Police Station against Pooja Dadlani, Sameer Wankhede, and three witnesses in the drug case including Prabhakar Sail, Manish Bhanushali, and Kiran Gosavi over allegations of "extortion by threat of accusation of an offence." In a statement to the Bombay High Court, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) alleged that Pooja Dadlani "appeared to have influenced" a witness. While referring to the sensational allegations of a witness, Prabhakar Sail, who, in an affidavit, claimed that Kiran Gosavi, the private investigator whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral, had planned to demand Rs. 25 crore from Shah Rukh Khan's manager Pooja Dadlani to settle the case. He also claimed that of this Rs. 25 crore, Rs. 8 crore was meant for Sameer Wankhede, the NCB officer leading the investigation. [4]NDTV
