- According to some reports, she was in a relationship with Atal Bihari Vajpayee, former Prime Minister, in their college days. But, neither she nor he gave their relationship a name.
- On 2 May 2014, she was admitted to the AIIMS hospital following a “cardiac arrest.” Unfortunately, her struggle ended the very next day as she wasn’t able to survive.
