At the age of 10, he used to visit his father’s factory. By the age of 14, he had understood the work process of the factory.

After completing his higher studies, he started working as a promoter at an event management company.

He then started outsourcing manpower to various companies like Sunsilk, Inox, ITC, TATA Sky, and Max Life.

For around six years, he worked in various sectors like promotion, advertising, and HR for various regional TV shows and films.
