- Simran Shaikh is an Indian cricketer who has played many matches in domestic cricket. She is considered one of the best young batsmen in Mumbai.
- She grew up playing cricket with the boys in her neighbourhood and later started playing in tennis ball tournaments.
- At the age of 15, she started training at Rumde Cricket Academy, Cross Maidan and also played at United Club.
- She participated in the trial camp at Shivaji Park and was chosen for the Mumbai under-19 team.
- Based on her good performances in the Mumbai under-19 team, she was later selected for the Mumbai senior team.
- She played for the West Zone team in the 2022-23 Senior Women’s Inter-Zonal T20 Tournament, and in a match against Northeast Zone, she made 30 runs off 24 balls.
