Controversy	Controversial Remarks on the Indian Government In February 2023, while she represented the United States of Kailasa at the UN convention in Geneva, Switzerland, she accused the Indian government of harassing her guru Nithyananda. According to her, Nithyananda was persecuted for reviving Hindu traditions. She said, "What measures could be taken at the national and international level to prevent the persecution of Nithyananda and the 20 million Hindu migrant population in Kailasa.” Her anti-Indian comments received huge criticism on various social media platforms. Later, the United Nations panel cleared that her opinions were not considered in further meetings.
