- Maninder Singh, a prominent Indian Kabaddi player, is renowned for his participation in the Pro Kabaddi League, playing for the Bengal Warriors and Jaipur Pink Panthers teams. His professional debut came in 2014 with the Jaipur Pink Panthers.
- His Kabaddi journey began in school, followed by joining the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Kabaddi Club to pursue professional training. At the club, he honed his skills under expert coaches like Hanumat Singh.
- His big break came when he received an invitation from Jaipur Pink Panthers for trials. He traveled by bus from his village to give out the trials.
- Maninder is employed by the Punjab Police in Jalandhar, Punjab, and represents Punjab in the Senior Nationals. As of 2023, he is a Raider for Bengal Warriors.
- The highlight of his 2014 season was becoming the top raider with 130 raid points across just 16 matches. An injury forced him to miss the subsequent three seasons of the Pro Kabaddi League.
