The incident occurred when Hina Khan claimed to have forgotten her gold chain at the salon, but Shagufta Ejaz clarified that the salon’s policy doesn’t hold them responsible for any loss of clients’ personal belongings. The situation escalated into a heated argument and turned into a physical altercation when Hina Khan started assaulting the staff members.
