- Amol Kale was a schoolmate of the Indian politician Devendra Fadnavis at Saraswathi Vidyalaya School in Shankar Nagar, Maharashtra.
- His grandfather, Malhar Kale, was a founder-member of Nutan Bharat Vidyalaya and an MLC for the teachers’ constituency.
- Kale’s parents were teachers at Nutan Bharat Vidyalaya, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The Kale family is known for their ties to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), with both his parents and grandparents being strong supporters.
- Kale became the ward president of Abhyankar Nagar, Nagpur, on the ticket of the Bharatiya Janata Party when Devendra Fadnavis was the mayor of Nagpur from 1997 to 2001. Later, Kale resigned from the post to focus on his business.
