Controversies	• Anjum came into controversy for posting a picture of herself wearing revealing clothes during the month of Ramadan. She was trolled on social media and was considered a black spot to the Muslim Community. Later, in a reply to her haters, Anjum posted- "Do you know what is better than charity and fasting and prayer? It is keeping peace and good relations between people, as quarrels and bad feelings destroy mankind." • In 2019, a video of Fakih went viral in which she was seen smoking. The video was captured by the television actress, Shraddha Arya. Anjum received a lot of criticism for her act. In response to the controversy, she said- "Shraddha and I share a very warm equation off-screen, and she uploaded the video in jest. The intention was to not hurt anybody’s sentiments. I take responsibility for all my actions.
