Once, during a media conversation, he shared that he had been teaching astrology at Jiwaji University since 2007. When Vaishnavi Sharma was a child, he checked her kundli and saw that she was meant for sports.

Her stars showed a strong chance to become a sportsperson. So, he began her cricket training at the age of four. He wanted her to win honours for the country. He said,
Vaishnavi’s dedication to bowling practice extended to her home, resulting in damage to windows, doors, and various glass objects. However, all those losses are now compensated.”
- Vaishnavi Sharma’s parents then started taking her to a summer cricket camp, and then they put her in the Tansen Cricket Academy in Madhya Pradesh.
