The woman alleged that Khan promised to marry her, and on that assurance, he raped her over a period of 10 years multiple times at her residence in Malvani and at his house in Versova.

• However, Nadeem later refused to marry her, so she approached the Versova police with a sexual assault complaint.

• Police initially registered the case with the Versova Police, but it was later transferred to Malvani Police Station under a zero FIR because the first alleged assault was said to have occurred in the complainant’s house, which is in the Malvani area.

• After the complaint, Khan was arrested at his residence and taken into custody.

• As of 28 January 2026, no official statement has been released by Nadeem Khan or his legal representatives regarding the accusations.

• Nadeem Khan is set to appear in Vadh 2, the sequel to the 2022 film Vadh, alongside Neena Gupta and Sanjay Mishra. The film is scheduled for release on 6 February 2026.
