• In 2007, Allan Nascimento started training martial arts in Muay Thai at the age of 15 after one of his schoolmates suggested that he should try the sport.

• At that time, he was very thin and lean.

• He once shared in a media talk that after joining a training academy, he got the nickname “Puro Osso,” which means “Pure Bone” or “Skin and Bones” because of his body. He said,
  

  When I joined my academy, I was extremely thin. I weighed nothing. As soon as people saw me, they called me “Puro Osso.” The nickname stuck.”

• In the beginning, Allan Nascimento took fighting as a sport and fought without telling his parents. He even prepared for his first professional fight in the United States without informing his family, but that fight did not happen.

• He stated in the media that before making his professional debut in Brazil, he had a conversation with his parents. He told them that he wanted to become a professional fighter. He said,
  

  I enjoyed it and stuck with it. Next thing I knew, I was already helping professional fighters get ready. My family wasn’t crazy about it at first.”

• In 2011, Allan Nascimento began his professional MMA career.

• During the early years of his career, he fought in several regional promotions in Brazil and also competed in the United States and Japan.

• On 3 March 2012, he defeated Elvis Guimarães by submission with an arm-triangle choke at Morganti Contact 2 in São Paulo, Brazil.

• Allan Nascimento then competed at many fights, such as at Predador FC in São Paulo in 2012, Legacy FC 12 in Houston, Texas, in 2012, X-Fight MMA 6 in Matão, Brazil, in 2013, Standout Fighting Tournament 2 in São Paulo in 2013, XFC International 7 in 2014, Gold Fight 8 in 2016, and Batalha MMA 8 in São Paulo in 2017.

• He had built an impressive professional record of 17 wins and 4 losses before reaching Dana White’s Contender Series.

• After that, Allan Nascimento received an invitation to compete in Dana White’s Contender Series Brazil.

• On 11 August 2018, he faced Raulian Paiva but lost the fight by split decision. He once stated in a media talk that he was upset after losing to Raulian Paiva. He said,
  

  That was an upsetting moment for me. In 2018, I lost a split decision [to Raulian Paiva] at the Contender Series. It was a battle. I was complimented on my performance.”

• After that fight, he went through a difficult period in his career. Several unexpected problems happened in his life one after another. Four of his scheduled fights were cancelled.

• On one occasion, he travelled to Miami, put on his weight, and was ready to fight, but on fight day he was told that the entire event had been cancelled.

• During that time, Allan Nascimento also suffered injuries that required surgery. He later said in a media talk that he was depressed during that period.

• At the beginning of 2021, he was scheduled to fight in Ecuador, but that event was cancelled only 20 days before the fight.

• On 23 July 2021, he defeated Elivaldo Lima Martins by submission at Punho de Aço 6 in Ilha Solteira, Brazil.

• On 30 October 2021, Allan Nascimento made his UFC debut against Tagir Ulanbekov at UFC 267. He lost the fight by split decision.

• During a media talk, he once stated that he lost his father three weeks before his UFC debut. Nascimento called it the most difficult time in his life.

• After his father’s death, he carried his father’s photograph during every walkout before his fights.

• He was trained with former UFC champion Charles Oliveira and remained with the same team throughout his professional career.

• Allan Nascimento was then scheduled to replace Francisco Figueiredo and fight with Jake Hadley on 19 March 2022 at UFC Fight Night 204. However, Hadley withdrew his name because of an injury.

• The above fight was rescheduled for UFC on ESPN 36 on 14 May 2022, and Nascimento won the fight by unanimous decision.

• He was then scheduled to fight with Malcolm Gordon on 13 August 2022 at UFC on ESPN 41. However, Gordon withdrew in late July because of an undisclosed injury, and the fight was cancelled.

• On 14 January 2023, Allan Nascimento fought with Carlos Hernandez at UFC Fight Night 217. He won the fight in the first round by rear-naked choke.

• After winning the fight, he received his first Performance of the Night bonus award.

• His fight was then scheduled with Tim Elliott on 3 June 2023 at UFC on ESPN 46. However, on 28 April 2023, Allan withdrew from the fight for undisclosed reasons and was replaced by Victor Altamirano.

• Later, he was scheduled to face Su Mudaerji on 9 December 2023 at UFC Fight Night 233. However, Allan suffered an injury and withdrew. Tim Elliott replaced him.

• After that, he was told to fight with Jafel Filho on 10 August 2024 at UFC on ESPN 61. However, a few days before the event, Allan became ill and withdrew. The fight was then cancelled.

• He then scheduled to fight against Asu Almabayev on 1 March 2025 at UFC Fight Night 253. However, Almabayev fought with Manel Kape after Brandon Royval withdrew because of multiple injuries. So, his fight did not happen.

• On 31 May 2025, Nascimento had a fight with Jafel Filho at UFC on ESPN 68. He was weighed 127.5 pounds during the event, which was one and a half pounds above the flyweight non-title limit.

• The fight was then changed to a catchweight bout. He was fined 20 percent of his fight purse. Nascimento won the fight by unanimous decision.

• He was then scheduled to fight with Rafael Estevam on 1 November 2025 at UFC Fight Night 263. However, Estevam withdrew and did not disclose the reasons. Cody Durden then replaced Estevamin a 130-pound catchweight fight.

• Allan Nascimento won the above fight in the second round with an anaconda choke. After winning this fight, he received his second Performance of the Night award.

• He was then scheduled to fight Mitch Raposo on 18 April 2026 at UFC Fight Night 273. However, Raposo became ill just two days before the event, and the fight was postponed.

• After that, the two fought at UFC Fight Night 279 on 20 June 2026, where Nascimento lost by split decision.

• Nascimento was a fitness enthusiast and regularly went to the gym. He often posted pictures of his gym sessions on social media.

• He represented the Chute Boxe Diego Lima academy throughout his professional career. He often stated in the media that Diego Lima had been his trainer since he started training at the age of 15. He had represented both his coach and the academy wherever he fought.

• He also trained his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the B9 Academy in São Paulo under Marco “Barbosinha” Barbosa. He earned black belts in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai.

• On 3 August 2026, Nascimento was found unresponsive in his sleep. He died of a heart attack.

• He was an animal lover and had a pet dog. He often shared pictures of his pet on social media.
