Controversy	In June 2023, Babul Bihari was taken into custody by the Gurugram Police on accusations of sexually assaulting a minor girl. Reportedly, in 2021 when Babul Bihari was residing in Gurugram’s Rajiv Nagar area, he befriended a 13 year old girl. After a short period, he escorted her to a hotel, where he purportedly committed the heinous act of rape and took several inappropriate photographs of her. The victim chose to conceal the incident, keeping it a secret. However, in June 2023, Babul proceeded to disseminate the objectionable pictures on his social media account, which prompted the victim to finally disclose the entire ordeal to her parents.
