• In March 2004, Bandana Chhetri began working as a Guest relations executive at the Taj Hotels in New Delhi. She worked there for a year.

• In 2006, she began working as a cabin crew for Jet Airways. She worked there for four years until July 2010.

• In 2012, she started working as an intern at various companies including Headlines Today, where she wrote news articles, and at NDTV, where she covered the Durand Cup (Football) and Nehru Cup (Football).

• In July 2013, she hosted the Indian Badminton League player’s auction.
