Some Lesser Known Facts About Mahnoor Omer
- When she was fourteen years old, she established the Noor Foundation, an NGO, in Pakistan, to empower women and girl children. She served as its Director till August 2025.
- Mahnoor Omer often organises workshops and seminars with village girls on various issues, such as climate change, menstruation, and sex education.
- When she was sixteen years old, she started distributing sanitary kits to low-income women and girls through her foundation. The kits were called ‘dignity kits,’ which contained sanitary pads and medicines.
